Return Policy
All returns must be authorized by our customer service department (401-245-2909 or displays@hotmail.com) and they will issue a return authorization number. There is a 25% re-packaging/re-stocking fee and all return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Please insure all return shipments for their value in case they are damaged.Any returns due to manufacturing defects, all re-stocking fees are waved and we will issue a return authorization number for the return.
